[Dr. Lischke] From beginning to end my experience with the expert consultation was like no other experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. I was very nervous and scared as I entered the intake process and even more so before going to my appointment. Every person I interacted with was very kind, respectful, welcoming, comforting, understanding and not judgemental, in any way. The communication and instructions prior to my appointment were clear and helpful. During the appointment I felt valued, seen and heard.  I appreciated the honesty of the Abby and Dr. Lischke. Both were very thorough, made sure I understood every step of the process and everything that was being said. The notes I received following my appointment were also incredibly helpful because I could not remember everything told to me during my time with Dr. Lischke. It is so evident that everyone at the clinic is very knowledgeable about what they do and that they truly care and want to help. I cannot say enough about my experience so far.
